	Cluster Operating System Cluster OS is one of my newest projects. It is designed as a neural network with several features. First, it is designed to do parallel computing with other people who have the OS and who aren't using their computer at that moment. It keeps connections for parallel computing through a Cluster design (hence Cluster OS). Second, it will come with an application converter that automatically decompile's applications and exes looks for OS specific code and either changes it to meet it's own needs or adds in its own. It then recompiles, debugs, and installs the application. Code will be available when it does something.
